Titles are by and large meaningless. The only one that has any merit is the LB one and rumours of Sunpear Ranks coming. I had the 90 elite caps title until it was removed. The titles they replaced it with do not assist anyway. The treasure chests and gold identified ones give minor luck changes that are really not that significant.

yeah my farming monk have 3 mill+ xp. I play my monk in pve & pvp as well, but becasue of all the farm he has nearly as much exp as my oldest char. So the title with xp base would be meaningless, cus even the bot farmer would have it.

A few issues with displaying your experience count...
1) It incourages competition to be more "experienced" then the other player. That removes the idea of being more "skilled", which GWs is more about.
2) It would be better to create a title which gave a name at a certain amount of experience...
1 million experience you get [enter name]
2 million experience you get [enter name]
3 million experience you get [enter name]
4 million experience you get [enter name]...
...the problem then is, where do you cap it off? At 4 million or at 10 million?
3) Such a title would incourage farming and grinding.
4) It alienates those players who dont like farming and endless grinding to gain experience. The sunspear and lightbringer titles already do this.
How-ever I do think it would be nice to be rewarded for achieveing more and more experience somehow.

Titles like KoaBD already show your crusader commitment to the game.
I'm for adding more titles that are actually useful to you, not just because of ego and prestige - there's more than enough of that already.
The Lightbringer title was a step in the right direction - it's both prestigious and a way to "expand level progression beyond level 20". Somewhere in this CENTURY, the Sunspear title will join that trend.
And I hope that GW:EN will continue to offer us more meaningful titles instead of merely decorative ones.

THey could just ping yur exp and skill points, instead of the 'I'm level x and I have % to next level/skillpoint"
They coud put:
"I'm level X, I've gathered Y skill points, earned Z XP and I need N% XP to next level".
